I actually just started following you! I know you said you run for exercise, but how much do you run? Any other workout routines you do? I'm always looking to try another routine. I was running about 9 miles every day during the summer, but now I only have time for running 5 times a week (2 of those days I only have time for 5 miles....). Details would be appreciated :)
Hi! :) I run about 3.5-4.5 miles then go to the gym after for calisthenics/weights. I only run longer on weekends when I have time to.
I’d say speed walking on an inclined hill is a really good workout. I’ve also done hot yoga sculpt which is calisthenics ( push ups, squats, planks, etc not much yoga involved) with weights in a hot room.
